Direct Participation
In this market, many projects have existing financing that is upside down, with debt exceeding the project's current worth, and will require a principal reduction or other concessions from the existing lender in order to complete the project. Kenco Capital Funding brings credibility and solvency to the table. We will directly negotiate with existing lenders, equity partners, and so forth, in order to restructure current financing to realistic numbers that will work for everyone. Our extensive experience and flexible capital base allows us to consider underwriting complex or distressed projects, providing capital for urgent needs. We are able to close loans in 30 days, in certain cases, or provide capital necessary to ward off banks or other existing creditors.
